Montgomery Field is centrally located in Kearny Mesa and the airport is home base to approximately 600 aircraft. It offers a 3400' lighted runway served by an Instrument Landing System , with 4,577 feet available for takeoff, a 3,400' parallel runway, a 3,400' crosswind runway, a control tower operating 6:00 am - 9:00 pm daily, and a full range of aviation support facilities. With Barnstorming Adventures, you can fly air combat in their special dogfight aircraft! Just like you've seen on TV and in the movies. Except you'll be doin' the yankin' and bankin'! This is a hands-on, heart-pounding, adrenaline-pumping aerial combat mission.

You'll fly under the guidance of your assigned pilot (most of their pilots are real active-duty Marine Corps and Navy fighter pilots). But make no mistake, you're calling the shots, literally! No pilot's license or experience required.
