Bombay Cuisine of India:
Bombay Cuisine of India | Hillcrest

From the moment you enter, you know this restaurant is special. The graceful waterfalls, the upscale decor, the gracious staff and serene atmosphere welcome you. And the cuisine is equally as wonderful with a delicate blend of spices that tantalize and please the palate.

Curry never tasted so good. There are 10 different curry dishes that can be made with chicken, fish, lamb, shrimp or duck. And there are three degrees of spiciness to choose from. Each dish has a different blend of curry.

The tikka masala is extremely popular. Its creamy sauce with spices and garlic tastes best with chicken. Each dish is served with basmati rice. This is exquisite aged rice that is light, fragrant, fluffy and perfect with curry. There are also vegetarian curries and tandoori plates. You will want to return here again and again. For a romantic table for two ask for number 12 or 17.

Well known for their buffets, they feature an amazing lunch buffet from 11am to 2:30pm every day ($9.95), alongside an exotic dinner buffet on Monday, 5 p.m.-9 p.m. Adults are ($15) and the cost per child is ($1) per each year of age, up to 15.
