The restaurant strives to serve great-tasting cuisine made from a repertoire of more than 200 recipes. They even update their menu every six months.

A recommended entrée is their sizzling New York steak, which is a 14oz. cut of steak served on a sizzling skillet with melted butter, white cheddar mashed potatoes and perfectly cooked vegetables. The grilled mahimahi is also very good. They even have an in-house baker, who makes all of their desserts. At Rock Bottom they are serious about their food and crazy about their beer.
