The Rock Church at 2277 Rosecrans St in Liberty Station (619-226-7625) is led by Pastor Miles McPherson, who is committed to sharing the gospel of Jesus Christ to all of San Diego. Services are held Sundays at 8 a.m., 10 a.m. noon, 5 p.m. and 7 p.m. The huge congregation is filled to capacity for nearly every service. They also have a school and many events. If you are looking for a church that is filled with unlimited opportunities, come to church here.

Liberty Station is home to over a dozen restaurants including Solare Ristorante & Lounge. The Italian cuisine is so authentic that many of the fresh ingredients are actually flown in from Italy weekly. Other restaurants include Sammy's Woodfired Pizza, Twentyfive/92 Restaurant and Lounge, Tin Fish, the impressive Sushiya Sushi Restaurant, Spices Bay Thai Kitchen and a great sports bar called Point Loma Sports Grill & Pub. And opening soon is Corvette Diner, which is relocating from Hillcrest. For great dining alternatives, Liberty Station is the place.
