What to See & Do
The Oceanside Pier (5) is a must-see attraction! It is one of the longest wooden over-the-water piers on the West Coast. The historic Mission San Luis Rey (18) at 4050 Mission Ave. (760-757-3651), is the largest of the 21 missions and is also a must-see attraction. See Oceanside Attractions.

The Oceanside Harbor boasts great restaurants. Monterey Bay Canners (1) at 1325 N. Harbor Dr. (760-722-3474) for example, serves fresh seafood overlooking the harbor. Their extensive menu has everything from fresh swordfish and shellfish skewers to beer battered halibut. See Oceanside Restaurants.
