A true delicacy, when in season, is the fresh Halibut Mai’a, which is sautéed to flaky perfection with bananas, macadamia nuts and a touch of frangelico. Highly recommended is the amazing surf ’n’ turf roll and the citrus chili yellowtail sashimi. They also have a sushi menu and a full sushi bar during dinner hours only.

Happy hour Mon.–Fri. 3 p.m.–6:30 p.m. Between lunch and dinner, they serve appetizers and offer a café menu. Sunday Brunch, 11 a.m.–2:30 p.m. ($7.95–$25.95).
