A delicious discovery is Royal Thai Cuisine. Even Thailand’s royal family has dined here. Also, this restaurant is a consistent winner of the Southern California Restaurant Writers Gold Merit Award for best Thai Restaurant, and in 2003 it received the Restaurateur of the Year award. The entrees are the delightful results of blending the flavors of Chinese, Indian and Malaysian cooking.

The food can be a bit spicy, but the chefs will prepare meals to your taste. One of the most popular entrees is the Lady Thai Prawns. This delicacy features enormous freshwater prawns flown in from Thailand, grilled and served in a tamarind and curry sauce.

All of these entrees are made from old recipes handed down from generation to generation through the Tila family. These restaurants have been in business since 1976. There are also some very delightful vegetarian entrees.
