There are 86 restaurants worldwide, and two are in San Diego. Their international flavors using global recipes from Panama, Barcelona and Madrid work surprisingly well with sushi, and are featured in such speciality items as El Centro, Sabado de Trevi, and Mi Calaverita rolls.

A highly recommended restaurant is the always impressive Mandarin House Restaurant at 2604 Fifth Ave. (619- 232-1101). They serve authentic Chinese cuisine in a casual atmosphere.
