Sushi Itto at 441 Washington St. (619-291-6060) is not just another sushi restaurant. What sets this restaurant apart from all the rest is their added touch of global influence. There are 86 restaurants worldwide, and two are in San Diego. Their international flavors using global recipes from Panama, Barcelona and Madrid work surprisingly well with sushi, and are featured in such speciality items as El Centro, Sabado de Trevi, and Mi Calaverita rolls.
