The Oceanside Pier is a must-see attraction when visiting! It is one of the longest wooden over-the-water piers on the West Coast and a great site to see or go fishing from. Also enjoyable in Oceanside is the historic Mission San Luis Rey (16) , which is another great place to spend an afternoon. The Mission is the largest of the 21 missions that were built along the coast by early missionaries. |
